I’m disabled and use a fully functional power assist wheelchair. The house we bought has solid floors and no carpet. Padi help make our buy pleasurable. We were blessed to have Padi as our realtor. We really enjoyed our home buying experience with Padi! My husband and I had never purchased a home before and Padi was extremely kind and patient with us. She did a great job of explaining the process and was quick to respond to our many questions. She also gave constructive feedback when needed which was also very helpful. Padi was able to take our interests and show us homes that were both within our budget and had the key features that we wanted. The whole process of showing to closing went very smoothly and we feel that was definitely due to her hard work. She really was the go between for us and the prior home owners and was a good negotiator. Even after we moved into our house, Padi checked in with us often to make sure we were okay which was so appreciated! When we requested a showing for a house found on Zillow, Padi was the agent we were paired with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Our housing needs were very specific, as it was for my aging and handicapped parents, so we had to see many homes before finding the perfect fit. Padi was so accommodating and set up so many homes, that I was feeling kinda bad, because it took so long to find the right one. She patiently walked my parents through every step and went beyond expectations to provide the most pleasant buying experience possible. My parents have become very fond of her and speak of her often. Five stars are not enough for the outstanding experience we had with her.
